ENG vs IND: Virat Kohli And James Anderson Share A Funny Moment At The Oval

In the ongoing Test series against England, Virat Kohli did not perform well. He was nonetheless pleased with the way his team performed in its purest form.

India won the second Test, while England won the third Test by an innings and 76 runs. The series is currently 1-1. Both England and India are doing their best to win the remaining two matches.

Currently, the fourth Test match is taking place at the Oval. England’s Test captain, Joe Root, won the toss and elected to bowl first. With the help of KL Rahul, who hit three fours, the Indian team got off to a good start.

Chris Woakes dismissed Rohit Sharma (11) almost as soon as things started looking promising for the visitors. Rahul followed Rohit to the dressing room shortly after he left. Rahul was dismissed by Ollie Robinson leg before the wicket.

Cheteshwar Pujara, who scored 91 in the third Test, found himself under pressure early on. He played 30 balls before getting out for just 4 runs.

When James Anderson bowled a brilliant delivery to Pujara, Jonny Bairstow took a good catch at slip. Virat Kohli and James Anderson shared a light moment during the fourth Test match.

During the 22nd over, Virat Kohli nearly defended the ball off James Anderson’s bowling. Fortunately, the inside edge did not trod on the stumps and the ball ran past the leg stump.

Virat Kohli saw an opportunity for a single, so he grabbed it. James Anderson ironically smiled at the Indian skipper and exchanged a few words.
