An Interview with Wanidu Hasaranga on his Favorite Batsman

Hasaranaga is a good addition to the RCB lineup. He has consistently delivered for the nation. Combined with Virat Kohli, AB De Villiers, and Glenn Maxwell, the team will be deadly.

Hasaranga is a powerful mid-order batsman and an experienced leg-break bowler. He has taken 25 and 33 wickets, respectively, in 26 One-Day Internationals and 22 Twenty-20 Internationals for Sri Lanka. He also keeps batters off balance by bowling tight lines. With a T20I economy of just 6.26, Hasaranga is a dangerous bowler.

He scored 534 runs in ODIs and 192 runs in T20Is, respectively. Hasaranga has three half-centuries to his credit in ODIs and can contribute towards the end of an innings.

ICC T20: Neesham Clears Doubts About Visiting Pakistan in September

Following their performance at the ICC World T20 Final, the New Zealand cricket team received praise from all corners of the cricket community. The Kiwis defeated Team India by six wickets to win the ICC trophy.

Kiwis will take on Pakistan next month in a busy month. The Kiwis will travel to Pakistan for a brief limited-overs series.

New Zealand will also play a five-match T20I series with Bangladesh before that. As the T20 World Cup is taking place this month, competitive teams are playing as many T20Is as possible to gain confidence. Having played 5 T20Is, the Kiwis will play 3 ODIs and 5 T20Is in Pakistan.

The tour begins on September 17. The New Zealand all-rounder James Neesham has provided an update on his travels.

In the meantime, a Pakistani fan contacted Neesham on his official Twitter handle to ask him how excited and thrilled he was about touring Pakistan. As Neesham explained, he would not be travelling to Pakistan for one reason in particular. Because of logistical difficulties in phase 19 of COVID, Jimmy Neesham reiterated his intention to travel to Pakistan. In addition, the all-rounder expressed his desire to tour Pakistan again in the future.

Jimmy Neesham clears air on not touring Pakistan

Jimmy Neesham who featured for New Zealand in 12 Tests, 66 ODIs and 29 T20Is said: “Unfortunately, due to the logistical complications of touring in the current covid environment.

The all-rounder admitted that he made the tough decision not to tour Pakistan for now. “I’ve made the tough decision not to tour Pakistan at this time. Hopefully, I get another chance in the future,” tweeted Neesham.

Neesham is currently taking part in a brand new – The Hundred. He is playing for Welsh Fire in ECB’s new 100-ball competition. After playing in the competition, he will also fly to the UAE for the second phase of IPL 2021.

Mumbai Indians, five-time IPL champions, are expected to benefit from Neesham’s services. Three-time IPL champions Chennai Super Kings will take on the defending champions.

The second leg of the IPL 2021 will begin on September 19. The final will take place on October 15. The ICC T20 World Cup has also been moved to the Gulf nation from India. In addition, Neesham has been named to the ICC T20 World Cup squad. The approach Kiwis will take to the ICC event remains to be seen.
