Kohli bought an apartment on the 35th floor of the Omkar Towers for INR 34 crores in 1973. Kohli lived in a swanky bungalow in Gurugram before moving to Mumbai. Approximately 80 crores were estimated to be the cost of the abode. One of the main features of the residence was its living room, which covered 500 square yards. There is a swimming pool and a quaint bar on the property. It has a built-up area of 10,000 square feet, as well as a phenomenal appearance with interlocking boxes.
